WELCOME TO ROANOKE VALLEY MONTESSORI


ROANOKE VALLEY MONTESSORI IS A SMALL PRIVATELY OWNED MONTESSORI SCHOOL LOCATED IN SOUTHWEST COUNTY.  WE OFFER A SERENE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR CHILD TO LEARN AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE NATURE TO THE FULLEST.  COME AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE FOR YOURSELF.

WHY ROANOKE VALLEY MONTESSORI?

A unique Montessori environment building self esteem and enrichment.   We prepare children for their future by building a secure foundation in math, language, science and geography.   As well as teaching each child individually at their own pace.  We offer a small nurturing environment with an 8:1 teacher ratio.

OUR SCHOOL


Enrollment is limited each year and is on a first come basis.  A waiting list is established once all positions are filled.

We accept children 3 - 6 years old regardless of race, sex, religion, or national origin. Our school year is August - June with an optional summer program.

MONTESSORI MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Roanoke Valley Montessori School offers a preschool and kindergarten program based on the Montessori method and materials. Each day the child has time for individual “work” activities as well as time for fun and educational group activities. Our small, multi-age classroom lets children learn at their own pace while they also develop important social skills. They are encouraged to work together like a community.
